Pelvin\u0103<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Exerci\u021biile Kegel reprezint\u0103 antrenarea <strong>mu\u0219chilor plan\u0219eului pelvin (MPP)<\/strong>. Acesta este un fel de &#8222;hamac&#8221; muscular care sus\u021bine organele noastre interne (vezica urinar\u0103, uterul, rectul). Numele lor provine de la ginecologul american Arnold Kegel, care a popularizat aceast\u0103 tehnic\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 din anii 1940.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Miturile_Cheie_pe_Care_Le-am_Demontat_Personal\"><\/span>Miturile Cheie pe Care Le-am Demontat Personal<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mitul nr. 1: Kegel este necesar doar dup\u0103 na\u0219tere.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Realitatea:<\/strong> Fals! MPP ar trebui antrena\u021bi <strong>\u00eenainte de concep\u021bie<\/strong> (pentru o mai bun\u0103 preg\u0103tire a corpului), <strong>\u00een timpul sarcinii<\/strong> (pentru a sus\u021bine organele sub presiunea \u00een cre\u0219tere \u0219i a preveni complica\u021biile) \u0219i, desigur, <strong>dup\u0103<\/strong> (pentru recuperare). Iar <strong>\u00eentreruperea regulat\u0103 a urin\u0103rii<\/strong> ca exerci\u021biu poate fi de fapt d\u0103un\u0103toare, duc\u00e2nd la golirea incomplet\u0103 a vezicii \u0219i la riscul de infec\u021bii. Kegel este o contrac\u021bie izolat\u0103 a acelora\u0219i mu\u0219chi cu care opre\u0219ti \u00een mod con\u0219tient eliminarea gazelor sau a urinei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mitul nr. 3: Rezultatele vor fi imediate.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Realitatea:<\/strong> Ca orice antrenament, Kegel necesit\u0103 <strong>sistematicitate<\/strong>.
