Dar exist\u0103 c\u00e2\u021biva nutrien\u021bi &#8222;superstar&#8221; pe care merit\u0103 s\u0103 te concentrezi pentru a evita deficien\u021bele.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vitamina B12<\/strong>: Acesta este singurul nutrient care nu poate fi ob\u021binut \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi suficiente din alimentele vegetale. De aceea, suplimentarea cu el este <strong>absolut obligatorie<\/strong> pentru vegane. Eu am luat-o sub form\u0103 de suplimente (la sfatul medicului) \u0219i am inclus \u00een diet\u0103 produse fortificate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fierul<\/strong>: Sarcina dubleaz\u0103 necesarul de fier al organismului. Nu trebuie s\u0103 &#8222;\u00eendepline\u0219ti norma de proteine&#8221; la fiecare mas\u0103, e suficient s\u0103 incluzi alimente bogate \u00een proteine \u00een dieta ta pe parcursul zilei. Preferatele mele: <strong>lintea, fasolea, n\u0103utul, tofu, seitanul, tempeh, nucile \u0219i semin\u021bele<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calciul<\/strong>: Baza pentru oase \u0219i din\u021bi. Surse excelente: <strong>legumele cu frunze verzi (varz\u0103, spanac), broccoli, migdale, susan, tofu<\/strong>. Nu uita de laptele vegetal fortificat cu calciu (de soia, de migdale).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Omega-3<\/strong>: Aceste acizi gra\u0219i sunt critici pentru dezvoltarea creierului \u0219i a sistemului nervos al bebelu\u0219ului. \u00cei po\u021bi ob\u021bine din <strong>semin\u021be de in, de chia, de c\u00e2nep\u0103 \u0219i nuci<\/strong>.
