Nu ne referim la cursuri costisitoare sau traininguri interminabile, ci la acea munc\u0103 intern\u0103 \u0219i practic\u0103 pe care o po\u021bi realiza singur\u0103, ghidat\u0103 de bunul sim\u021b \u0219i experien\u021ba genera\u021biilor anterioare (\u0219i, desigur, de cuno\u0219tin\u021bele moderne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despre aceast\u0103 autoperfec\u021bionare ideal\u0103 pentru na\u0219tere, pe care o po\u021bi face f\u0103r\u0103 curieri \u0219i antrenori, vom discuta \u00een continuare pe <a href=\"https:\/\/imom.today\/ro\">imom.today<\/a>. Sunt complet gratuite \u0219i pot fi f\u0103cute oriunde.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preg\u0103tirea pielii \u0219i a mu\u0219chilor: Ungerea regulat\u0103 a abdomenului cu uleiuri de calitate (migdale, cocos) pentru prevenirea vergeturilor.
